In preparation for The Day of the Dead celebration we are always looking for volunteers who would like to help during the festival. If you are a student, this can be used as a community service opportunity. I would be happy to provide a letter.

Here are the areas that you can help with:

• Construction of the ofrenda (altar)
• Marketing the festival
• Setting up and cleaning up
• Handing out programs to the visitors
• Administer a survey to participants (this is an excellent Spanish language exchange opportunity)
• Create signage for the event to add context to the celebration
